Day Pass Details

Piney Rail Riders are now offering day passes to experience the trail and all it has to offer. 

OUR TRAIL IS DESIGNATED FOR DIRT BIKES, QUADS, SIDE BY SIDES, ARGOS, SNOWMOBILES, HORSES, AND DUAL SPORT BIKES ONLY.

WE DO NOT PERMIT trucks, jeeps and vehicles designed for on-road driving that are converted for off road purposes. Nothing that is custom built using any kind of a car engine. When in doubt, ask!

Please be sure to complete both steps 1 and 2 for final approval.

If you opt to join Piney Rail Riders within 30 days of your day pass
purchase, we will refund your day pass fee.

You are able to apply for your Day Pass MANUALLY by following the instructions at the bottom of the page.

Day Pass online Application

(Step 1) 

PLEASE READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE SUBMITTING INFORMATION ON APPLICATION…FAILURE TO DO SO CAN DELAY YOUR DAY PASS APPROVAL

1. Each driver of a machine needs their OWN application. NO multiple applications in the same name will be accepted.

2. Each application needs to be paid for separately. This step needs completely directly after submitting the application.

3. Each applicant needs their OWN email address and telephone number.

4. An emergency contact needs to be a person NOT on the trail with the applicant or do not put yourself as a contact.

5. Applications need to submitted NOT LESS than 48 hours BEFORE the date you want to ride.

6. An email confirmation will sent to you giving approval of your Day Pass. This email will need to be accessible while riding in case you are asked for proof that you are legal to be on the trail. THIS IS NOT YOUR PAYMENT ORDER NUMBER.

7. NO DATE CHANGES, REFUDS OR TRANSFERRING OF DAY PASSES.

Rules of the trail

If You Pack It In, Pack It Out

Whatever you choose to bring with you on the trail, remember to take it out with you as well. Please don’t leave trash.

Obey Laws

Please obey all Federal, State, and Local Laws, including traffic signals and permission or permit needs for our neighboring areas.

Respect Land Owners

Respect all landowners, stay on marked trails, obey no trespassing signs, limit excessive engine noise and loud radios around homes and camps.

Ride Safely

While helmets are not required, we highly recommend following all safety rules pertinent to your machine and capabilities.

Day Pass Confirmation

Have your day pass confirmation available for verification if a club officer or landowner asks to see it.
